Server process hanging at random time work, only reboot helps.

Faced with the following situation, the server is running (NOT in docker), everything is fine, but at any given time the process may hang, restarting via systemctl restart does not work. A full reboot of the VPS helps. What could be the matter?

can anybody help? now i use crontab job for manually rebot vps every 4 days. But i wanna know why any given time the process may hang
