sphinx documentation doesn't update new classes properly

The current problem is that the documentation for the class Audio2AFCSimulation is poor. It doesn't reflect the docstrings from the module.

Problem persists with latest iteration of code. For instance, the likelihoods attribute of the class KnownHazard here doesn't show up in doc.
