two of my items got deleted.

two of my items (an infinity matrix and a soulbound ender backpack) got deleted after i tried using them. this has happened in the past before with some slimefun guides and an ender backpack and it happens after i use my bow and shoot it a lot and switch to an item. it only happens with some items not all like tools or other stuff.
