convenient channel

Hi Beef.
I believe we should set up a convenient channel for communication, separate from the Linuxcnc forum (to avoid unnecessary disturbances). For now, I think we can create a channel on WhatsApp, and later on we can decide whether to use Telegram, Discord, or even a separate forum for Hal developers
