What license is this code covered by? Is it open source?

Hello,

This project looks fantastic! I have been wanting an easy way to test what my projects will look like for people with various forms of color vision deficiency.

I would like to expand upon this code to make an even more useful tool for both myself in my professional game development and to be used by my students (I teach game development at Michigan State). Can you please let me know which license this code is covered by or if it is open source?

I just updated the repo to explicitly use the APACHE license.

Be warned, I wrote this code 6 years ago. It might need updating to work with newer versions of Unity, especially if you're using one of the new render pipelines.

P.s. I don't think you realized this, but I took your class at Michigan.

I'm in a process of a lot of toolbuilding disguised as game development, so I'm hoping to pull the color transformations and blitting that you have here to make a quick test tool that could be used either in editor or during play.
