Keybinds with modifier key also triggers keybinds without modifier key

QOLMod version v2.7.0

Note: I run GD through Proton on Linux.

Issue

When pressing a keybind with a modifier key (e.g. Ctrl+t) it also triggers keybinds without the modifier key (e.g. t).

Steps to reproduce

1. set a keybind with any key (I used "t" on "Show Hitboxes")
2. set another keybind with the same key and a modifier key (I used "Ctrl+t" on "Hitbox Trail")
3. press the keybind with modifier
