Add galaxies to the test data

Need to run the find_galaxies script from gwtm_cron repository on the test data. This will allow testing for the galaxy information displayed on the event page under Sources.

@moira-andrews I've uploaded a new test-data.sql (gzipped) with galaxies added. Please can you test that's working for you?
