Add support for RedisEconomy

Add support for https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/rediseconomy%E2%9A%A1-unlimited-currencies-cross-server-open-source.105965/ and maybe additionally drop support for CoinsEngine since there is no online repository available, and we have to host the API ourselves.
