Server Assignment Logic

We currently assign an edge server at login when we actually only need to assign it when the user requests "variant" playlist and we put the edge server url infront of it. Meaning we could technically just round robin these requests.

Anyhow if someone wants to watch a recording they do not need to wait for a edge server to be assigned to them.
