Pending Payments "Label" is not updated when Thorg is shut down while payment occurs #15
Description
When Thorg is being shutdown it doesn't recognize incoming payments. Payments are being transferred to user's account but value in "pending" label is not decreased accordingly when Thorg is reopened.
Those should auto-update to correct state within 48 hours.
Reproduction:
- initiate mining until pending value is increased
- shutdown Thorg
- wait until pending payment is received on Thorg's user address
- open Thorg
- Wallet value should reflect previous value + additional GLM for mining
- Pending Payments label is not updated correctly because Thorg (while being turned off) didn't register payment
