Freeze on converting to mp4 (low quality)

Describe the bug
Freezing when converting medium-large (>200mb) mp4 files to mp4 (low quality). I'm not sure if this is a problem with converting every large file. I had to install an older File Converter version because this wasn't a problem in older versions.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the file you want to convert (>100-200MB)
2. Right click, select 'to mp4 (low quality)
3. See error
