SFX

An incomplete list of SFX which still need to be added:

* [x] User joins game
* [x] user leaves game
* [x] User skips a hit
* [ ] Your interaction is required

Also, pitching for no interception / interception sounds need to be added so that you can get an idea of how many people still need to submit without having to look at the screen.
