Is it possible to include issue comments ?

I use this workflow in my repos. I included both the issue and issue_comment trigger for the workflow but it doesn't seem to work for the latter. Is there a way to run this for subsequent issue comments ? It also does not run when the original comment is edited to add more labels.

Hi @s-canchi! Thanks for your feedback. Both of these ideas sounds useful. I'll add this to my backlog for development. Or feel free to submit a PR for these enhancements. PRs welcome.
