Configurable schema

I see you support a custom table prefix, but why not just allow the use of a custom schema (i.e. not public)?

We just haven't needed it yet, and it requires some consideration. For example if you allow users to pass in a connection pool which is already search_path'd on to a different schema things get flakey. Prefix support cannot go away, since there are any cases where you do not have access to anything but a single schema (like most CPanel-style plugins, postgres-compatible databases without schema support).

The vast, vast majority of users just use one schema.
