Funds freeze in Toast Wallet

I just found my toast wallet backup in my document archive with pin and passphrase from 2017 December. So I went to toast wallet browser version and restore the wallet and enter my pin to unlock it. But when I try to set flags like "No Freeze, etc.." It gave me error that toast wallet is unable to check my account balance. Please see my screenshot which shows error as well as my wallet address. Therefore, I suddenly got panic and try to send out my balance to external wallet then it keep giving me error like passphrase is incorrect. By the way I have use this account to send XRP to a friend in past using same passphrase but now it keep saying passphrase is incorrect. It would be highly appreciated if developer of this wallet can help out cause even small amount of this could help me pay my house mortgage for few months.

Note: (I do not have my recovery long phrase but passphrase only)
