Add Telegram Login alongside Discord Authentication

Description:

We are adding Telegram login alongside our existing Discord authentication. This approach is future-proof, supports multiple providers per user, and simplifies the authentication flow. Existing data will be migrated, and all relevant code will be updated to use the new identities schema.

Tasks

• Modify Discord authentication logic to support the new user schema.
• Implement Telegram Auth API.
• Update PATCH /platforms/:platformId Route.
• Update the utility to handle role assignments based on the new identities schema.
• Update Documentation
• Develop Migration Script
