Fix job scheduler to delete jobs that are no longer in the schedule #36
Description
When we install a new job schedule, we aren't removing jobs that were removed from the schedule. We should allow for this by removing all scheduled jobs before installing the new schedule. Probably have a flag that allows a user to disable this feature if they don't want it.
