Objection:
For some game scenario we need earth quake effect.

Goal:
Implement EarthQuakeEffect which follows rules:

  • screen is shaking for N seconds
  • user can't do any control during effect run

Add corresponding method to EffectContorller:

  • fireEarthQuakeEffect(int seconds)
