[FEATURE] register a transaction when updating accounts balance

Problem

As a suggestion for improvement, it would be very useful if, when updating the balance of an account, regardless of whether there was an unregistered expense or any other situation, the system could always record that movement whether positive or negative. This would provide a more complete and transparent transaction history.
