Support specifying chart versions #14
Description
whenever a chart can be specified, it should have the option of providing a version. For instance if specifying the operator chart as tremolo/openunison-operator then specifying tremolo/openunison-operator@1.2.3 should specifically load and install/upgrade version 1.2.3
