[userMenu]: Flickering when opening UserMenu

Bug Description

When UserMenu is being opened there is a short flickering when rendering. The name would be shown at the top and then move down as the Avatar is being rendered at the top.

3.You see that shortly the name is rendering at the top of the userMenu before moving down below the Avatar

Hello @UI5/ui5-team-sak,

When opening the UserMenu, there is a short flicker during rendering. The user name initially appears at the top (in the ui5-bar), then shifts downward once the Avatar is rendered above it.
The issue is reproducible in the basic sample of the component page.
