Provide 'T' and 'F' as shorthands for 'true' and 'false'

Someone suggested this at a recent demo/feedback session, and it makes a lot of sense. To be honest, no one should be using 'T' or 'F' as variables, so this seems reasonable and it would (I assume) be easy.
