Update the existing depth controller to use the common USB library

I looked at the SubDepthController but I can't see where it uses a USB connection

The depth controller doesn't talk USB. It's the depth it's the sensor
module. It's SubSensorController who does.

I thought I had closed this issue.

I've gotten started on implementing the USB Library in the SubSensorController. Hopefully it will be done by class time on Friday.
