The package conflict

Hi, I noticed that you changed the requirements. I am wondering if anyone has the same package conflict error?

The conflict is caused by:
    The user requested numpy==1.9.3
    pytorch-lightning 1.5.4 depends on numpy>=1.17.2

(The reason I change numpy from 1.9.5 to 1.9.3 is no available version of 1.9.5)
