netstat has been replaced by ss

ss has replaced netstat for years, and so the LDM stats making program will stop working when netstat is no longer available, which is becoming true in current operating systems. In summary, SS has deprecated netstat. You can still get netstat under net-tools, but this is legacy and is also deprecated.
