Redistribution terms for jupiter-hw-support

Hello SteamOS team,

I am a maintainer for openSUSE and am working on optional support for Steam Deck / SteamOS-style integration.

The package in question is based on files from:
https://gitlab.com/evlaV/jupiter-hw-support
(originally from SteamOS “jupiter-hw-support”).

We would like to redistribute the following components in openSUSE:

• SteamOS integration scripts (steamos-* helpers)
• hwsupport shell scripts
• udev rules and polkit rules
• session selection helpers
• optionally: SteamOS plymouth theme and cursor artwork
• optionally: Renesas Flash Programmer (rfp-cli/libRFP)
• optionally: BIOS flashing tools
• optionally: firmware blobs

The "Renesas Flash Programmer" already comes with a license statement that prohibits redistribution of associated parts, so I guess there's not a lot possible for their parts.

The source tarball does not include an explicit license for these files.
Could you please clarify:

1. Whether redistribution of these integration files is permitted?
2. Under which license (MIT/GPL/other) they may be redistributed?
3. Whether the SteamOS artwork (plymouth theme, cursors, steamos.png) may be included in third-party Linux distributions (and under which license)?
4. Whether the BIOS flashing tool, firmware blobs etc. may be included in third-party Linux distributions (and under which license)?
