Scoreboard is broken and something else

When I connect to some servers - I can see cursor, but it doesn't move my camera. I need to press enter - so mouse movement actually control camera.

Also scoreboard is not working, when I press TAB - nothing happens. It's not keymap settings problem, I've checked.

ArchLinux 6.17.9-zen1-1-zen
AMD RX 6600M with mesa drivers.

After some investigation

On local-hosted server scoreboard is working, but it's kinda moved a bit down:

No errors in console. Tried to launch HL using linux terminal, but got:

Error:libvorbis.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
Could not load hw.so.
[bohdan@arch Half-Life]$ ./hl_linux 
Error:libsteam_api.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
Could not load hw.so.

UPD: Windows version using proton experimental works fine btw
