very weird game breaking bug happening to all NPCS (SOLVED)

so basically, for some reason, the npcs are all saying they are severely wounded, then collapse after some seconds, and this even occurs when you leave the train intro, making the game unplayable even with noclip, please help me fix this bug.

the issue stopped happening in blue shift somehow, but it still remains in the hl opposing force and the original, and also i tried reinstalling the games but didnt work, ill check the files and send screenshots of them and try to look any errors.

i verified the integrity of the game files once again and apparently the bug stopped on all 3 half-lifes, this issue has been solved.
