Strange rendering artifact on platform in On a Rail.

I am playing through Half Life on this computer with this monitor, and noticed a strange rendering artifact in On A Rail, I have attached a few different examples of the rendering artifact.

I am using the 25'th anneversiary version, no launch arguments, original models, gpu renderer, and the default config. No mods are enabled.

I forgot to mention that I am using Windows 11 home with the Nvidia game ready driver
