Input and Output Tokens

Hi there!

I’m using OpenWebUI‑Monitor to track token usage, but I only see a single “total tokens” metric.
Is there any way (or plan) to break that down into “input tokens” vs. “output tokens”?

Having those two separate counts would really help with:

• Analyzing prompt vs. response costs
• Debugging unexpected token spikes
• Fine‑tuning prompts for efficiency

If this isn’t supported yet, would you consider adding it (or point me to where I might hook in myself)?

This is a built-in feature of Openwebui itself. Enable the "usage" ability for each model, and you can see the exact usage under each message.
