Forwarding tmp URN to the new published record #617
Description
It would be convenient if when publishing a dataset, links to the old tmp URN would automatically resolve to the published record.
This is especially apparent when publishing a score set, where after reloading the page you get a URN not found and have to go hunt for the new link.
