@todo tag

I've read about the @todo tag here: #13
However, I can't figured out how to use this todo tag? There isn't any documentation regarding this tag and a google search didn't help me out either. Is there some one who could provide some more info on how to use the todo tag?

Initially it was just a bit of text at the top of the documentation page. I've tweaked it so that it stands out more.. and is rather ugly so hopefully it encourages the todo to get done ;) Feel free to make it prettier - the code is in the docular-ng-plugin.

Anyway, how to use it:
