Installation for mac issue

Hello,

Actually I'm using MacOS. I'm trying to install the program to run locally. However I'm having an issue running it as it says there is a missing module.

Traceback (most recent call last):
File "", line 1, in
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'RNA'

Do you know where this module is located? I've been trying to fix the issue but haven't be successful.

You need to install the ViennaRNA package. Take a look here: https://github.com/ViennaRNA/ViennaRNA
