Data released with the paper

Hi @Karenxzr, congratulations on the fantastic work! We like the SCOTCH pipeline idea very much and would be interested in reproducing similar analyses of our data. Before, however, we would need to test some of the experimental configurations (10x, Parse, IIllumina, ONT, etc.) that you tested in your pre-print.

Is the actual raw data available somewhere?

We had a look at the manuscript and the various GitHub, but we could not find it.|

Hello @kaichop and @Karenxzr , Is the data presented in the paper available on the NCBI Sequencing Read Archive? The accession listed in the nature communications publication ( PRJNA1105904 ) doesn't seem to exist in the database, as far as I can tell.
