Tpuninstall.handle_at_uninstall | TP_If matches top-level ACTION_IFs and eval_pes their predicates without setting up the rest of the TP2 environment, meaning that GAME_IS and GAME_INCLUDES (among others?) can warn about unevaluated variables on uninstallation.
