Add support for new NPC spawn group settings

Since the introduction of the Arctic Military Base monument, vanilla spawn groups now have the capability to configure various NPC properties such as SenseRange, TargetLostRange, AttackRangeMultiplier, ListenRange, CanUseHealingItemsChance. The plugin should be updated to support these as well.
