Spawn vehicle vendors with their vending machine #30
Description
Currently, spawning an entity such as the airwolf vendor or boat vendor doesn't spawn their associated vending machine. The result is that players can see a dialogue option for a vending machine, but no vending machine is opened when that option is selected. This feature should probably be optional per NPC entity. Consider ways this can be introduced in a backwards compatible manner, so that existing NPCs don't suddenly have vending machines that weren't there previously.
