Annotation Export doesn't populate data for keywords

Expected behavior
When keywords are present on the encounter, they will appear in the Reference keyword field in an Annotation Export.

Current behavior
Annotation export doesn't populate any metadata for Reference keyword, even when keywords are present on the encounter.

QA notes
Verified in prod environments and testing ones that encounters with keywords present do not appear in the Reference keyword field in the export.

I’d like to take this. Plan: locate the Annotation Export builder and wire in Encounter/MediaAsset keywords to populate Reference keyword. I’ll add a unit test and attach a before/after export sample. Thanks

Hello, I have created a pull request (#1272) addressing this issue. The PR updates the EncounterAnnotationExportExcelFile to write the correct Keyword object to the "Reference" column and uses a case-insensitive check for the Reference keyword. This ensures that reference keyword metadata is exported properly. Please review the PR and let me know if any additional changes are needed. Thanks!
