Feature description and context
Wild Me is preparing to use satellite-sourced data in Scout, with TIFF as a download standard from some imagery providers. We would like to get TIFF fully supported as an option alongside JPG and ARW.

Feature sign-off requirements
-TIFF imagery can be fully imported into Scout and annotated and processed by ML. Likely this is via a comparable route to ARW support.

Attaching a couple of samples for TIFF imagery. It is expected that images can be very high resolution (10k x 10k pixels)
This is 3-band imagery (RGB).

Many satellite providers also with multi-band (multi-spectral) imagery of up to 16 bands. Avaliable software usually lets users choose the bands and visualize them by mapping to rgb spectrum or doing band interleaving. Just putting it out here as we might want to anticipate that for the future. This is out of the scope of the current ticket.

Note from their docs: Geotiff gives you access to all GeoTIFF metadata, but does not offer any one specific higher level API (such as GDAL) for things like transforms or data extraction. However, you can write your own higher level API using this library, given your specific dataset needs. We would need to look for something else to use the metadate and map pixel coordinates to real-world coordinates.
