pub global run should satisfy CI check #3
Description
Currently abide requires you to add abide and dependency_validator as dev dependencies. It would be nice to not have to add dependencies to a project if you don't want to. To be able to enable this, the CI check should allow a globally installed version of abide and dependency_validator running to count.
