improve valueset json schemas #105
Description
when looking at the json schemas generated for valuesets as enumerations, you are able to see the allowed codes/enums but not their display value. Here is an example

the source expansion.json has the display value for a code.
what are the options to present the display vlaue in the enum while retaining the simplicity of the enum definition?
