Start Up Minimized Isn't Working

Describe the bug
If you set "Start Up Minimized" to do that every time WowUp starts, it stops doing this after a time. Starlynk contacted us via Discord to state that the Startup Minimize feature isn't working. Originally I had advised him to reinstall WowUp and after reinstalling it seemed to be working, but he reached back out today to state it's stopped working again. He checked the preferences.json and it is set to True so it should be starting up minimized.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Options
2. Click on Application
3. Scroll down to "Launch WowUp Minimized
4. There's technically no error message, just that it stops starting up minimized - unsure if this is solely a windows related bug or not

Expected behavior
To Always Start Up Minimized if that feature is turned on

From my findings it doesn't start minimized if "main-window-is-maximized" is set to true in preferences.json.
