Rework Check Updates to include when addons are manually updated #93

Starlynk asked on discord in Suggestions channel if Check Updates could be reworked to include when addons are manually updated for it to see that in the addons folder and remove the update button in My Addons and reflect the new version number. After discussing one potential solution and possible consequences of using Rescan Folders a request was made to rework Check Updates if possible to do a mini rescan of the addons folder to detect the manual update.
Describe the solution you'd like
To have a way for WowUp to detect when an addon is manually updated beyond using Rescan folders.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Unsure if another button would need to be added or if reworking Check Updates or Rescan Folders would be the best option
Additional context
This was discussed in Suggestions channel in discord on 8/14 if further clarification is needed. Starlynk did offer to test out whatever we came up with as well.
