Use translate module alone #25

Hi,
I want to use the translate module directly over a list of rMATS events from some previous analyses. I am able to translate the events that are annotated, but not those contaning novelSS. I see that the input for the translate module is the ouput from screening_novelss, right? However, I am encountering many errors trying to run the pipeline from format + screening_novelss, so I was wondering if you could explain the format of as_input for IRIS translate including novelss.
