Hi! I love that you love it! I built it for DJing dances in highschool and it hasn't gotten a lot of love lately.

That behvior interesting. It hangs for me too, as soon as the crossfade effect finishes the new video just gets wierd. I see the new video coninuting but without audio and with a loading circle. Then it resets and clears up like you say. I do not see the POST ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENT errors though.

Overall, the the youtube api has been finicky and I haven't blocked the time to spend on fighting it to fix the site. My assesment is that they probably want me to buy youtube premium and/or pay for their youtube API. :) I would encourage you to take a look at the bugs if you have time, I probably won't be making time for it right now though.
