Find circular RNA Fusion from Output of Annotate command #68

@manjumoorthy95

Description

@manjumoorthy95

The reason I ran circexplorer2 is to know if the RNA contains any Fusions which are circular in nature. So in the Output of Circexplorer2 Annotate command, I see only single gene being annotated. If they are fusions then 2 genes should be involved right?

PS: The file being given as input to the Annotate module is the back spliced junctions bed file generated from Parse command of Star chimeric files.
