Discrepancies in Testing Results on Independent Dataset(HG00145) for DEMINING Framework #6
Description
I 've observed a discrepancy between the number of true REs and DMs in chromosome 22 (641) mentioned in Additional file 5(Information of true REs and DMs from independent HG00145) and the total number of RMs and DMs (1,648) in the output file DEMINING_test/HG00145_chr22_DEMINING.tsv.
What caused the large discrepancy between the predicted results and the truth? Thank you for your reply!
