Update the card frames to match the "Series 10 Layout"

Please update the card frames to the Series 10 Layout. I really want to make cards with the new card name text boxes. However your cardmaker still uses old frames (even the Link template still has that embossed effect).

Your cardmaker is the best! Keep up the good work.
