[Todo] Re-add deckifier configs/abilities #33
Description
deckifier used to hold the lightdm config files. Now that it also supports sddm and gdm, they need to be removed and placed in another package.
deckifier also had dconf settings and systemctl sudo rules.
TRUP also needs to be reworked (branch selection logic)
