Adding search using Algolia DocSearch

Hi, I was going through the docs and it occurred to me that having a search facility would bring about a considerable increase in convenience.

Wasn't sure if this was in the pipeline so I tried to figure out how to set it up and it seems Docusaurus recommends using Algolia's DocSearch. I would've probably gone ahead and set the whole thing up but it seems DocSearch registration can only be done by the website/project's 'owner'.

If someone from the team can sort that bit out, I'd love to be able contribute towards this.

Alternatively, if this is already WIP or is not a priority at the moment, I'd appreciate if someone could clarify that and close the issue.

We haven't looked into search functionalities for the docs just yet, since we haven't really hit critical mass of docs (there's only a handful of docs for now).

However, we will keep an eye on possible solutions (either Algolia or more lightweight solutions such as fuse.js).
